Yes; we handle many special jobs and prototype parts.

Can I discuss my design with someone?
Yes; we have our engineer that can discuss various questions you have about your design.

Can you help with engineering and design of my part?
Yes; we have CAD programs to assist in engineering and designing parts.

Will you keep my design confidential?
Customer confidentiality is very important to us and we do not disclose any information without written consent.

Do you offer my finish or material?
We can purchase all material types as well as provide outside processing to make a complete part including any finish or engraving that is needed.

Can you assemble my part?
Yes; in house assembly is very common with many of our customers.

Can I send you a part that you will make copies of?
We are able to reverse engineer most parts given a reasonable amount of time to do it.

Can I send you a drawing or a CAD file to get a price?
Yes; we accept drawings, CAD files, and models to give price quotes to all customers.

Do you offer inspection or material conformance reports?
Our procedure requires that all jobs include both inspection and material conformance reports.

How are your prices?
We offer very competitive prices and work hard to increase efficiency of running parts to lower costs that result in direct customer satisfaction.

How is your delivery time?
We usually work with lead times from 4-12 weeks but are very willing to expedite certain jobs at the customer request.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we can.

What methods of shipping do you use?
UPS, FedEx, USPS

Are you ISO certified?
No, but we are currently in the process of taking all the necessary steps to become ISO 9000 certified.

What if I have a machine shop in my company?
We offer help to all types of businesses. We work closely with other machine shops in the area as well.
